Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine
Rototech 3000 fully automatic rotating arm wrapper by Robopac for heavy, unstable or oversized loads: the pallet stays still throughout the cycle.
Overview
Rototech 3000 is designed to deliver maximum efficiency and reliability for operations requiring a rotary arm solution. Perfect for wrapping unstable, heavy, or oversized loads, it ensures consistent load containment without rotating the pallet. Rototech 3000 combines high performance, durability, and an excellent price-to-performance ratio, making it ideal for demanding production environments.
01Where it fits
The Rototech 3000 is a fully automatic rotary arm stretch wrapping machine designed for high-speed, high-volume operations where the pallet must remain stationary during wrapping. By rotating the arm around the load instead of turning the pallet, the Rototech 3000 provides maximum safety and stability, making it ideal for unstable, very heavy, or tall loads.
02Controls
Built with a reinforced rotating arm and heavy-duty frame, this machine is engineered for continuous, demanding production environments. Its advanced control panel allows for full customization of wrapping parameters—film tension, carriage speed, and arm rotation speed—while offering multiple programmable wrapping cycles for different load configurations.
03Safety
The Rototech 3000 is equipped with automatic film clamping, cutting, and sealing systems, ensuring a fully automated process that reduces operator involvement and increases productivity. Integrated safety systems protect personnel while the machine operates at high speeds, making it suitable for 24/7 industrial use.
04In detail
Ideal for industries such as logistics hubs, manufacturing, food & beverage, and chemical plants, the Rototech 3000 delivers consistent, secure, and cost-efficient pallet wrapping for the most demanding applications.
